Welcome, I’m Libby

Thank you for visiting my blog. I live in Plano, Texas where my husband and I are very involved in being happy senior adults. You will find that my blog reflects our lives and activities as well as the goings-on of our two grown children and ten grandchildren. There may even be something the Lord leads me to compose and share. Needless to say, we stay busy and sharing our busyness with you makes me happy. I do hope you will stop by and share a cup of tea with me often.

Your home looks so festive with all the yuletide details. So sorry for your loss, Elizabeth. Great pic of you and your sistas.
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday to your sister! That is a beautiful picture of the three of you!!! You are blessed! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteYour home looks warm and inviting. Sweet photo of the sisters. Two of my childhood friends died this past week. That's a sad part of this season of life. That's was a very small graduating class. Nice that you can attend the funeral. My medley is on the link-up and not associated with my google comment profile.
ReplyDeleteI love how you've made your house so festive without a tree. Since our girls can't come home for Christmas I may do that in the future. We've got our tree up and lit, but no ornaments so far. I do plan to put them on though because I'm wanting to trim them down some. Our tree is smaller now and we don't need so many ornaments.
ReplyDeleteI said champagne too. Horrible tasting stuff. lol
Sounds like a wonderful week except for the funeral. It seems like every week someone I know from school has passed. I feel blessed to be up and around and healthy. Your decorations are beautiful and very Christmassy. I like it. Enjoy the King and I!
ReplyDeleteYour Christmas décor is so lovely and classy and there is nothing that says Christmas like a gorgeous poinsettia. I always keep several through the holidays...in fact I hope to start my decorating this weekend. Wow...your sis is a real trouper...wonderful picture of you all!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for joining in today! Your decorations are beautiful and welcoming! Love the photo of you and your sisters! I have two sisters, too, and am the oldest. Wising you a good week/weekend ahead and safe travels to Indiana! Bundle up!!
ReplyDeleteYour home and decorations are beautiful! I love them.
ReplyDeleteI love the picture of your and your sisters. How wonderful. Loved your answers! Enjoy the rest of the week.

I feel the love in those beautiful decorations in your home. Wow, Elizabeth you do not look your age, three beautiful sisters! Wishing you a most beautiful day❤️
ReplyDeleteLove your decorations!
ReplyDeleteYour little touches are perfect! I'm considering only putting up a tree this year...I may not even decorate it and just have the lights. Makes it really easy when it's a pre-lit tree!
ReplyDeleteGumbo & bread pudding sounds delicious!!!
