Welcome, I’m Libby

Thank you for visiting my blog. I live in Plano, Texas where my husband and I are very involved in being happy senior adults. You will find that my blog reflects our lives and activities as well as the goings-on of our two grown children and ten grandchildren. There may even be something the Lord leads me to compose and share. Needless to say, we stay busy and sharing our busyness with you makes me happy. I do hope you will stop by and share a cup of tea with me often.

Well, this brought tears to my eyes as I read it. I am sooooo happy for you and the Dick and the years ahead with the kids. No doubt this was definitely God's plan and it all came together so beautifully. Love these "God wink" testimonies!
ReplyDeleteI would choose Dallas over Indiana any day of the week!! So glad you did so that I'll have a chance to meet you, dear Libby, when this nightmare of a pandemic is over. Enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful post! God has indeed blessed y'all! I think some friends of ours attend that church. I'll ask to make sure!
ReplyDeleteThis is just lovely and I'm so happy for you.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your new home! You raised fine children for them to be concerned about you and want you closer. We have not considered moving, although the thought has entered my mind numerous times, because we are close to my parents and I want to be there if they need me. We helped care for my husband's parents (they were older than mine) and want to do the same for mine.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing pics of your new home and so glad you and your husband recovered well from Covid.
No doubt it was all a God-thing! I'm so happy for you and Dick. I miss you already, just knowing you're not in South Shreveport. But I'll definitely look you up when I'm over that way. Love you Libby. May God continue to shine on you.
ReplyDeleteI love Godincidences! That was beautifully orchestrated by HIM. I can't imagine doing that in 3 weeks but that's because I have 14 years of clutter to get rid of. May God Bless you and keep you in his care. I am so happy for you.
ReplyDeleteAmen and Amen! What a beautiful post in praise of the great "I Am".
