Our son, John is not only a brother but a husband, father, and a grandfather. He is 53 years old and CEO of a Surgical Hospital in Mishawaka, Indiana. He is absolutely the best son a parent could ask for; thoughtful, godly, devoted to his wife and children, selfless, a man of integrity, and wisdom, and a most respected leader and administrator. Plus, he calls his parents every week or when he has something special to share with us. You can't beat that.

Welcome, I’m Libby
Thank you for visiting my blog. I live in Plano, Texas where my husband and I are very involved in being happy senior adults. You will find that my blog reflects our lives and activities as well as the goings-on of our two grown children and ten grandchildren. There may even be something the Lord leads me to compose and share. Needless to say, we stay busy and sharing our busyness with you makes me happy. I do hope you will stop by and share a cup of tea with me often.

ReplyDeleteOh gosh, I just remembered, after I had my youngest daughter, my oldest kept asking for a brother and I said "honey, we can't have any more babies, daddy had an operation"...she looked at me so seriously and said "well, I'm going to pray Jesus undoes it". I just had to go add that to my post...he didn't, we still just had two, but boy both those girls really wanted a brother over the years. Love your family photos.
