Welcome, I’m Libby

Thank you for visiting my blog. I live in Plano, Texas where my husband and I are very involved in being happy senior adults. You will find that my blog reflects our lives and activities as well as the goings-on of our two grown children and ten grandchildren. There may even be something the Lord leads me to compose and share. Needless to say, we stay busy and sharing our busyness with you makes me happy. I do hope you will stop by and share a cup of tea with me often.

I've been missing you. Congratulations to your granddaughter on her graduation. She's gorgeous. However, I do think all your family is beautiful. The Amish certainly seem to have a gift for growing flowers and that tree is a little spooky looking. I've never seen anything like that. Your husband's remark reminds me of each time we pass a house where a woman is mowing the yard, my husband comments something about that being a good woman.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you had such a wonderful time and a safe trip there and back home. That last photo is sweet.
Congratulations to your granddaughter. Wow! I've never heard of a class with that many Valedictorians. I love the picture of the little girl in Amish dress with flip flops.
ReplyDeleteLoving all your photos. Graduations are the best! What lovely girls they all are and I am sure they will always be close. Love your little visit to Shipshewana, I would find that very interesting.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful, smart, and athletic granddaughter you have! Now that's what I call a triple threat!! I noticed the flip flops on the little girl too. Have a wonderful week, dear Elizabeth!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to your beautiful grand girl! My oldest grand boy graduates next Monday...the years are moving too quickly! What a neat place to visit...love the old way of life and how quaint this little town is. And those gorgeous flowers...wow! May your week be blessed!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to your GORGEOUS grand daughter, and how wonderful to get an academic scholarship and a chance to play soccer at that level as well. Some super athletes in your family for sure. Such pretty flowers. I would love to see an Amish community up close like that. Such a sweet picture of that little girl with her mama. Enjoy the rest of your week!
