Instead, I deliberately thank God for my day. Repeatedly. Since I sometimes have knee pain, I've found that doing a bit of gentle knee bends and leg stretches before I get out of bed helps. Thanks for sharing your stretching routine. If you are not familiar with all the benefits of rebounding, you may want to google it...many sites out there. I have lost nearly 10 pounds since I started this. He has spinal stenosis as well and has such issues with it and it prevents him from doing so, so much. But, he isn't doing one thing to help with it and I'm sure his losing 50+ lbs would be beneficial too. You are so wise to keep moving and I admire your commitment.
