Dine With Me

I look forward to sharing my Miscellany Monday thoughts with you today.

The ladies of my church enjoyed a wonderful night of food and fellowship on Saturday night at our traditional "Dine With Me" evening.

I want to share with you some of the gorgeous tables that were decorated by the ladies themselves based on a scripture verse of their choosing.  The interpretations were beautifully and creatively done.

It was truly a lovely evening!

 "Go ye therefore and teach all nations..."  Matthew 18:19

 Oh taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man that trusts in Him."  Psalm. 34:8

 "Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin.  And yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these."  Matthew 6:28-29

 "For the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden cause seeds to grow, so the Sovereign Lord will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations."  Isaiah 61:11

1 Corinthians 3:16-17

 "The grass withers, the flowers fade, but the Word of our God remains forever."

 "Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them.  Are you not of more value than they?"  Matthew 6:26
